2 and 1/2 Days in Eilat
During our stayin Eilat, we went many different places. on Monday, 4/6,we went to the market by the Dan Panorama Eilat where we were staying. Our mom bought us clothes since all we had to wear was the clothes we traveled in and a really big white shirt from the overnight kit we got at the Frankfurt airport. The market mainly sold clothes, and everybody, but our mom, bought a pair of shoes and a bathing suit. That night we ate at a restaurant called Santa Fe. Tuesday, 4/7: We're off to the "aquarium." But before, our mom, as crazy as she is, bought pants that were a bit too revealing. She got some air conditioning with the strong winds. This aquarium was a very different than the ones in the US. At this aquarium, it was mainly outdoors and the exhibits were inside with diferent sizes of tanks for the fish. We went inside all the exhibits, and even saw a movie that sported moving seats and language translation. We also went to this observatory that you could go below the sea and see the fish, and 10m above the ocean and there you could see to Jordan. In addition, we went to the dolphin reef where we could snorkel or dive with dolphins. Rachael, our dad, and Eitan went snorkeling with the dolphins (see pics below). On Wednesday, 4/8, we went to the King's City. This is a theme park. It was all about king Solomon and others. The attractions were water rides, a cave of illusions,a 4D movie, an elevator that takes to the past, and others. On that day, we were finally reunited with our luggage!!! At Ben-Gurion, after we came back from Eilat, we got our luggage. We then progressed outside, hailed a big taxi, and progessed onto Kibbutz Tzuba, where the next chapter of our saga shall continue.

We were so excited to read this update this morning, we've been wondering what has been going on for you in Israel. It sounds like you truly enjoyed Eilat. When SabaJoe & i read your summary it reminded us when we were there and did exactly the same outings. Good for you , keep having fun. Looking for the next chapter. Lots of love, Savta & SabaJoe
